Maria Toscano has been a real estate consultant for over 30 years. Her main focus is residential real estate, first-time and move-up buyers, senior aging in place, and investment properties. She also has been a mortgage lender for 20 of those years. Maria made the transition into Commercial real estate in 2006 effortlessly. She has a strong understanding of 1031 exchanges and opportunity zones, minimizing her client's tax liabilities.
